Frozen Hell is a punishment cast by admins, for serious decalogue violiations such as multi maging It is a replacement of Fury of God, and currently under development on beta server (Dec 2006).
Frozen Hell is an Instant Spell, that does prevent a punished player to contact his/her mage. Instead, a countdown page is shown (see below).
In the ranklist, frozen mages feature an "F". They cannot be attacked, serenitied, spelled what ever (perhaps taking a counter will become possible).
