Off-color - Deals 1000 * Spell Level psychic damage to one enemy stack.
Updated Nov/09 - Oncolor dmg verified, offcolor dmg seems to be more like 900*SL Adjacent and less than 700*SL opposite

Totally awesome against units with no or low psychic resistance, can kill hundreds of Efreeti - usually 220-240 @ 589SL oncolor.
