Effects

• Increases the Primary, Extra, and Counter AP of all friendly units during battle by 20%
  • On the Arch Server, the AP increase is 30% and only applies to Primary and Counter AP, not Extra Attack AP
• The Potion previously increased AP by a larger percentage; this is no longer the case, and the above values are now accurate
