Researching (Sage [Human] 9): Reduces research cost of each spell by 6% + 3%/lvl.
Researching reduces the amount of research points needed to attain a spell. It does not increase the research rate: building Guilds is needed for that

I am a green mage, at only 600 land, 150 guilds, Spell Level so far 197, no 
Concentration on or what ever.
