This spell will cause enemy units to slow down dramatically as their mind and body become less aware of the passage of time. Slower creatures will not be able to attack at all for the duration of the battle. Area of effect: all enemy units.

Effects
- Decrease all enemy units' initiative by 1
- Does NOT work if offcolor casting (i.e. for red, green, black and white mages it sucks)
Notes
Totally awesome in defense with the item: The spider's web as the item also targets all units. The combination causes a two point reduction in initiave if both spell and item go through all neccessary resistances.
