Effects
- Reduces mana income by 10%
- It raises accuracy for by SL x 0.016 in battles for Ascendant casters. (other colors benefit from increased spell level)
- The spell appears on Apprentice server only, thought to compensate for the absence of the The Holy Light ultimate spell. (link to announcement)
