This red candle, when burned, gives out a sweet-smelling smoke which makes enemies within its range drowsy and eventually fall asleep. Area of Effect: all enemy units

Effects
- Reduces all enemy units' Damage Resistances by 10% and their efficiency by 10%
- For example, Red Dragons' Melee Resistance is 95%; this would be lowered to 85%, along with decreasing all of its other damage type resistances by 10%
