The Holy Light - Minor Indulgences are generated by Guilds just like all Lesser Items, but are one of the two 'special' Lesser Items (along with Magical Compasses), which means:
- It cannot be pillaged
- Only three can be owned by a mage at any one time; if a fourth is generated, it is automatically put up for sale on the Black Market
- 25% chance of being destroyed by the
Destroy Artifacts spell
