For near-color (ascendant) with spell level 519, Enlarge Animal gives a 41% bonus for AP and HP. This would correspond to bonus being 0.08% x spell level and then rounded down to a whole percentage.

On-color, it would be reasonable to assume 50% more bonus than for near-color, that is 0.12% x spell level. For Verdant standard spell level of 436, this would give a bonus of 0.12% x 436 = 52.32%, rounded down 52%.
