Effects
- Reduces the damage resistances of all enemy units during battle by 20% divided by the number of enemy stacks and weighted by those stacks' strength
- For example, if there are 10 equally-powerful stacks in the enemy's army, then the resistances of each stack will be lowered by 2%
- It is important to note that the result of the Dust is weighted; this means that if the enemy has 10 stacks, but the top stack comprises of 90% of the net power of the army, then it will receive 90% of the Dust's effect (18% reduction)
