War expense is the additional cost of going to war in geld, mana, and population.
War Expense (doesn't matter which units you send or don't send, "Unit Upkeep" is the upkeep of ALL units):
- Siege: 1*Unit Upkeep Before Attack
- Regular: 1*Unit Upkeep Before Attack
- Pillage: No "War Expense"
