Effects

  • Decreases target's chance for spell success and descreases dispelling capabilities.
  • Formula:

     New cost = Original Cost*(1+modifier*sl)
 

     On/off/opposite color: modifier = .0025/.0018/.0012
     On arch server: modifier = .004175/.003/.002
 

     For on color confuse it is SL * .0025 + 1 = extra cost to dispel spells
 

Formula for decreasing spell success is:

on color: * (1 - (0.0012 * SL))

offcolor: * (1 - (0.0009 * SL))

opposite: * (1 - (0.0006 * SL))

For spell level 600, on color would multiply the success rate by 28%, offcolor would multiply it by 46% while opposite color would multiply it by 64%
