Accuracy is one of the factors, that determines how much damage your troops actually do in a battle: their numbers in your army and their attack power according to the Encyclopedia is only the starting point... all other effects reduce that amount to the actual amount subtracted from Health points and determining the casualties. Accuracy is one of them.
Normal units have 30% (base) accuracy in regular attacks, and 20% (Siege-10%) accuracy in siege attacks.
- The ability Marksmanship (+10%) on your units, makes that 40% resp. 30%.
- The ability Swift (-10%) on your opponents units, makes that 20% resp. 10%.
- The ability Beauty (-5%) on your opponents units, makes that 25% resp. 15%.
- The spell Flame Blade increases accuracy a little bit (+3 adjacent color, +6%(?) on color).
Accuracy linearly increases (add up) and decreases (subtract down). Below 15%, accuracy decreases non-linearly and more like a percentage of the margin-like 15%.
