Adds 10% of accuracy to the unit.

Normal units have

• 30% accuracy in Regular attacks,
• 20% accuracy in Siege attacks (except flying units and units with the SIEGE ability).
  • Flying units in Siege attack have 30% accuracy.
  • SIEGE units in Siege attack have 30% accuracy

Marksmanship units have

• 40% accuracy in Regular attacks
• 30% accuracy in Siege attacks (except flying units and units with the SIEGE ability).
  • Flying+Marksmanship units in Siege attack have 40% accuracy.
  • SIEGE+Marksmanship units in Siege attack have 40% accuracy
