However as Green players generally use [[Treefolk]] (treants/mandrakes/venus flytraps), the Amazon commands a somewhat low price on the market and is generally bought as a cheap valor hero. Treefolk are preferred compared to animals as they tend to be stronger, will not be ruined by a lucky [[Ring of Animal Command]] passing through barriers and have a lower upkeep (particularly geld, animals have very high geld upkeeps).
