Note: The Max Ascendant SL will vary per server. See Spell Level
Examples:
An Ascendant mage with the Max base SL (449) on Lightning server would reduce enemy accuracy by 6.315%
An Ascendant mage with SL 550 (from purchased spells) on Lightning server would reduce enemy accuracy by 7.735%
A Phantasm mage with the Max base SL (617) on Lightning server would reduce enemy accuracy by 4.637%
