Effects
Sleep has two independent effects. Either can target any (or the same) stack, and can be resisted independently.
- Reduces all the Damage Resistances of a random enemy stack
- Fatigues a random enemy stack
The amount of fatigue and resistance lowering is the same.

: 0.191425 * SL / MaxPhantasmSL = ~13-14% @SL450 - OPPOSITE

: 0.0957125 * SL / MaxPhantasmSL = ~7% @SL450
Notes
Awesome against a mono stacker if not resisted, especially against ultimate units which typically rely very heavily on resistances to soak damage.
