- 0.5264 * SL / Max Base Nether SL, rounded to the nearest whole percent (on-color)
- 0.5264 * SL / Max Base Nether SL / 2, rounded to the nearest whole percent (off-color)
- 0.5264 * SL / Max Base Nether SL / 4, rounded to the nearest whole percent (opposite color)
Decreases Hit Points of ALL friendly units by HALF of the above acquired percentages
