Spell Attributes | Lists of Simple, Average, Complex, Ultimate & Ancient Spells

This powerful spell hits an enemy unit with immense and crippling pain, causing them to fall to the ground, twitching and convulsing, unable to control their own bodies. Paralyze can strike up to THREE enemy groups at once. Paralyze is one of the more feared Phantasm spells on the battlefield.

Effects

Paralyze has three different effects:

At ALL Spell Levels:

  • Reduces Attack Power of ALL attacks of ONE random enemy stack, provided it fails to resist the spell, by 100%
    • Off-color effectiveness is 50% of this
    • Opposite-color effectiveness is 25% of this

At 300 SL, the following effect is ADDED:

  • Prevents the Unit Ability BURSTING on ONE random enemy stack, provided it fails to resist the spell
    • This effect is independent and can apply to an entirely different stack
    • This effect DOES NOT favor stacks that burst

At 400 SL, the following effect is ADDED:

  • Reduces Attack Initiative of ONE random enemy stack, provided it fails to resist the spell, by 6
    • This effect is independent and can apply to an entirely different stack
    • This effect is NOT available off-color

Notes

Each of the above effects are independent of each other and may target different stacks.
Any combination of the three effects may target the same stack.
All three effects are resisted separately, regardless of whether or not two or more target the same stack.
