The queen has spoken! And her wish is your demand! You think you should better fulfill her wish rather than try her wrath, which leaves you no choice at all. You open her official list of demands and take a look inside... But then, you think, maybe it is better to deliver the queen's demands to another mage...

Effects
- Has an equal chance (25%) to trigger an effect of one of the four following items against target enemy mage:
- Letters of the Thieves Guild - steals geld, a Lesser item, or a Unique Item from target enemy mage
- Mana Vortex - destroys mana from target enemy mage
- Rotten Food - destroys population from target enemy mage
- Voodoo Doll - destroys turns from target enemy mage
- The item, regardless of which effect is rolled, must pass through barriers to take effect
