- Decreases HP of all your units by 5% + 2.5%/lvl
Preferred Units
- Increases the efficiency of on-color dwarves (Dwarven Deathseeker/Dwarven Elite/Dwarven Shaman/Dwarven Warrior) only
- Will always prioritize commanding dwarf stacks
