Effects

Reduces the Accuracy of ALL units in the battle, provided they fail to resist the spell, according to the following formula:

  • -0.099541 * SL / Max Base Phantasm SL (on-color)
  • -0.099541 * SL / Max Base Phantasm SL / 2 (off-color)
  • -0.099541 * SL / Max Base Phantasm SL / 4 (opposite-color)

NOTE: This spell affects ALL units, but each enemy unit has a separate chance to resist. Your own units never resist your spells.
