Adds 10% of accuracy to the unit.
Normal units have 30% accuracy in regular attacks, and 20% accuracy in siege attacks (due seige penalty, which is negated if the unit is a flyer). Marksmanship makes that 40% resp. 30%. The ability Siege makes it 30% resp. 30%.
