Effects
Gives ALL friendly units the Steal Life ability at a level of 10% (on color). Units which already have the Steal Life ability will have their Steal Life ability increased by 5% (to a maximum of 10%).
Adds approximately 3% Accuracy to ALL friendly units.
Off color, Kiss of the Vampire gives the Steal Life ability to ALL units who do not already have the Steal Life ability at a level of 5%. Units which already have the Steal Life ability receive no bonus. Off-color Kiss does NOT add an accuracy bonus.
